This matter stems from a child in need of care case involving four minor children. Following a December 8, 2014 Permanency and Case Review Hearing, the trial court granted judgment in favor of the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Children and Family Services (" DCFS" or " the agency" ), changing the primary case plan goal of reunification to one of adoption, with the secondary goal of reunification. K.V.,  the mother of the children,
appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
